Breakdown Takedown

Mood: Dumbfounded
Listening to: Watercooler Conversations
Eating: Pomegranate Seeds
Drinking: Camomile Tea

I want to scream until my lungs give out and my heart stops beating.
Then I realize how silly that would be.
I have amazing friends who love me.

Twenty minutes ago: I wanted to cry. I wanted to shut out the world completely and cry until my tears ran out. (I sound like such a cry baby. . .)
Right now: I don't want to shut out the world. I do still want to cry a little, just enough to release my worries.
I went from "breakdown and give up" to "takedown and build up."

So don't lose hope.
You'll find it everywhere if you just open up to the idea.

I don't know why I write what I do. Sometimes words just keep flowing and my fingers just keep typing and I have no mental say in the matter. Sometimes it's all heart, sometimes it's all mind. Either way, I suppose it's all me.

I just have to tell someone how I feel. Even if it's a passerby. Someone who I will never meet or know. I just have to shout it out.
